Who is Eligible?
The scholarship is open to all international students in active F-1 or J-1 status. Preference will be given to students with knowledge of or interest in Taiwanese culture.

Applicants must submit a personal statement (not exceeding 300 words) to Devan Gibson at [email protected]. The personal statement should outline the applicant’s eligibility, explain their financial need, describe how they plan to use the funds, and highlight their interest in Taiwanese culture.
